1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser when you visit. They remember simple things — that you have already answered a banner, which language you prefer, which page brought you here — so the site works properly and we can understand how it is used. Cookies cannot run programs or read other files on your device.
2. Who uses them on medicinepark.ro?
medicinepark.ro, including this English section at medicinepark.ro/en, is operated by Medicine Park S.R.L., VAT no. RO32157667, registered office Str. Grigore Mora 19, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. For any question about cookies or your data write to office@medicinepark.ro or call +40 727 464 464.
3. Why we use cookies
- To make the site work — remembering your banner choice, protecting the booking form from bots, securing the connection.
- To understand what works — how many people visit, which pages they read, where they come from (Google search, referral, an ad). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
- To measure our ads — if you reached us through a Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok ad, cookies let us know that the ad led to a booking, so we stop paying for ads that help nobody.
We do not sell your data and we do not use cookies to show you ads on other websites without your consent.
4. Cookie categories
- Necessary — the site cannot work without them. They are always set and need no consent (for example the cookie that remembers you closed the banner).
- Functional — remember preferences (language, the page you sent the form from) so the next visit is simpler.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 in consent-respecting mode: without your consent no persistent identifier is created.
- Advertisement — Google Ads, Meta and TikTok, used only to measure whether an ad led to a booking and to avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly.
5. Full list of cookies in use
The table below is generated automatically from our cookie declaration and refreshes with every monthly scan of the site. The name, provider, purpose and duration of each cookie are the real ones, read straight from the site’s configuration.
6. Third parties that may set cookies
- Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) — Google privacy policy
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — Meta privacy policy
- TikTok — TikTok privacy policy
- Cloudflare (security and speed) — Cloudflare privacy policy
- CookieYes (consent management) — CookieYes privacy policy
Part of the measurement data travels through our own server (gtm.medicinepark.ro), which lets us control exactly which information reaches these third parties.
7. How to withdraw or change your consent
You can change the choice you made in the banner at any time: scroll to the bottom of any page and click “Cookie settings” (or delete the cookieyes-consent cookie in your browser — the banner will reappear on your next visit). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. How to delete cookies in your browser
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
- Safari (iPhone/iPad): Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
- Safari (Mac): Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
If you block all cookies, the booking form and the WhatsApp button keep working; only the measurement of your visit becomes impossible.
9. How long they are kept
Each cookie’s duration is shown in the table in section 5. Session cookies disappear when you close the browser; persistent analytics and advertising cookies last at most 13 months, after which consent is requested again.
10. Your personal data
How we process personal data — including what you enter in the booking form — is described in the Privacy Policy. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever we add or remove a tool that uses cookies. The table in section 5 updates automatically; the text above carries the date of its last revision.
